Attendance Text Alerts — Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program Description
Louca Mold & Aerospace Machining operates the Attendance Text Alerts program to send attendance and call-off notifications by SMS to employees who choose to enroll. Messages include call-off confirmations and absence records related to the employee’s own attendance.
How to Opt In
Enrollment is optional. At any time clock station, after clocking in, an employee may tap “Attendance Text Alerts” and check the consent box to enroll. The consent box is unchecked by default and is not bundled with any other agreement or employment document.
Consent is not required to use the Attendance Call-In Line, and enrollment is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not enroll retain full access to the Attendance Call-In Line by phone.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on each employee’s attendance and call-off activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or use the “Text Alerts” screen at any time clock station. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further attendance texts unless you re-enroll.
