This policy explains how Louca Mold & Aerospace Machining handles information collected through the Attendance Text Alerts SMS program.
Information We Collect
When you enroll, we collect the mobile phone number you provide and a record of your consent (the date and method of opt-in). We do not collect any other personal information through this program.
How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile number solely to send the attendance and call-off notifications you requested when you enrolled — including call-off confirmations and absence records. We do not use it for any other purpose.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing. Your number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider, and only to the limited extent needed to transmit the messages you requested.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your number and consent record for as long as you remain enrolled and as required by our internal recordkeeping. When you opt out, we stop sending messages and retain only the minimal record needed to honor your opt-out.
Your Choices
Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the “Text Alerts” screen at any time clock station.
