ROBOTIC REMOTE HEAD FIBER LASER | “LASER WELDING”

A new generation of industrial laser equipment is the sophisticated process of welding with a Robotic Remote Fiber Laser. This type of welding uses fiber optic lasers to fuse metal, producing a much stronger weld and is ideally suited to automation and integration for a wide variety of welding applications. It allows for multi-axis flexibility producing no less than high-quality results, while cutting down costs and increasing productivity.

MODULAR ASSEMBLY

Modular Assembly has taken off in many industries and a big interest in this type of system is on the rise. These systems are flexible and customizable, designed mainly for decreased product lifecycles and a growing need for improved agility.

ROBOTIC VISION GUIDED SYSTEMS

Robotic Vision Guided Systems integrate complex computing algorithms with fabrication processes to streamline manufacturing by way of faster, more efficient and higher-quality production rates. Originally founded in pick and place operations, Robotic Vision Guided Systems have evolved well beyond the hopes of programming pioneers and are now employed to conduct various tasks based on 3D data analysis and interaction within a broad spectrum of functions.

BONDING SYSTEMS

Bonding is an extremely critical process in the manufacturing industry. Providing the most efficient solution to automated bonding and joining challenges is accomplished by designing efficient load management, while reducing the thickness and weight of materials. We use structural adhesives in conjunction with hot-air impingement, electric heating elements, steam, and oil through the application of different technologies to develop our customers top-notch bonding systems with the most efficient and intelligent mix of materials. Legacy delivers the most applicable engineered Automated Bonding and Joining solutions to its customers over and over.
